HOW TO APPROACH CONSTITUTIONAL LAW TO STUDENTS OF NON-LEGAL DEGREES
DOI:

The presence of Constitutional law subjects is frequent in undergraduate programs
whose training is not strictly legal. The students often show some difficulty in the
handling of categories and terms of Law in general and Constitutional Law in particular,
although both have some relevance in the daily life of people. The aim of this work is to
propose activities complementing the lectures, through a methodology in which the
student is the protagonist, so that they can become aware of the usuality of Constitutional
Law in reality and, simultaneously, develop skills and abilities that may be useful in their
future work.
