Abstract

The teaching experience described in these pages is the result of the pedagogical innovation project developed in the subject 'Legal Regime of Public Administration' of the Law Degree at the University of Malaga. The aim is to deepen the content of the teaching guide through a cross-cutting theme that is developed throughout the programme: the digitalisation of public administration.

The experience aims to achieve the specific competences of the subject, while improving the teaching, evaluation and visibility of the social projection of legal-administrative institutions. To this end, it uses a specific methodology of an inverted classroom approach based on news published in the media, complemented by lectures, face-to-face tutorials and the use of virtual platform resources through the use of forums and role-playing activities.
