La traducción de léxico especializado en el cine de superhéroes: estudio de Avengers: Infinity War de Marvel Studios

Abstract
El presente trabajo representa un análisis traductológico de una obra audiovisual perteneciente al género superheroico. En él se toma como base el estudio del trasvase de diferentes muestras de léxico especializado que se utiliza en esta producción. El largometraje elegido para ello es Avengers: Infinity War (Vengadores: Infinity War en España) de Marvel Studios, una de las películas más destacadas de esta clase de los últimos años y que ha conseguido críticas positivas tanto por parte de especialistas como del público. Este estudio se ha realizado llevando a término una comparación de extractos de la versión original del guion de la película (redactado en la lengua inglesa) y los diálogos de llegada doblados a la lengua española, traducidos por Quico Rovira-Beleta. Los diferentes ejemplos seleccionados de este largometraje se expondrán acompañados siempre de su contexto de procedencia tanto en su forma originaria como traducida y se llevarán a cabo análisis sobre cada uno de ellos por medio del sistema de la comparación contrastiva. Tras esto, se extraerán conclusiones acerca de las exigencias de documentación que muestra cada caso concreto, las técnicas de traducción que se han utilizado para trasladar el contenido entre idiomas y, por último, se estudiará la funcionalidad de cada uno de los equivalentes presentados en el nuevo contexto sociocultural.
The following paper consists of the translation analysis of an audiovisual work belonging to the superhero genre. It is based on the study of the transference of different samples of specialised lexicon used in this product. The chosen movie to undertake this objective is Avengers: Infinity War (Vengadores: Infinity War in Spanish) by Marvel Studios, one of the most renowned films of this kind produced in recent years and that has received positive reviews from specialists as well as from the audience. The study has been completed by comparing the original version of the movie script (written in the English language) and the target dialogues transferred into Spanish, translated by Quico Rovira-Beleta. The different chosen examples from this movie will always be exposed along with their contexts of origin both in their original and their translated forms and each of them will be analyzed by means of a contrastive comparison system. After that, conclusions will be drawn about the documentation requirements of each specific example, the translation techniques that have been used to transport the content between the involved languages and, last but not least, the functionality in the new sociocultural context of each of the presented equivalents will be assessed.
