La receta de cocina como recurso didáctico en la clase de traducción directa de la segunda lengua extranjera alemán
Main Article Content
Abstract
Cooking recipes commonly appear in introductory subjects of general translation, probably due to being considered an approachable textual type for students who are new to this practice. This article presents, in an organized and systematic manner, the didactic leverage that can be gained from recipes and that has previously been acknowledged by researchers and trainers alike. In addition, it presents the outcome achieved through an example of its application in the classroom as an introductory text for a beginner’s translation course with the German-Spanish language pair, being German the second foreign language of the students.
