Abstract
The traductological analysis, as it is well known, is not exclusively restricted to a linguistic domain. In some specific texts, like the biblical, that analysis should be always accompanied by the exegetic study in all its aspects. With this, a contribution is made not only to the understanding and clarification of a concrete translation, but also to something which is sometimes more relevant: the comprehension of the initial text in its linguistic and cultural context.
