Abstract
Traduire le nom des juridictions pose un problème de fond et de forme. Pour le solutionner, il faut à la fois surmonter des difficultés d’ordre conceptuel tout en respectant l’emploi des majuscules conformément aux conventions d’écriture établies par chaque État. Dans une démarche juritraductologique, cet article montre combien certaines traductions proposées par les dictionnaires juridiques bilingues présentent des erreurs typographiques et sémantiques.
