Abstract
El presente estudio aborda el estudio filológico y traductológico del poema “In Celebration of my Uterus”, compuesto por la poeta confesional Anne Sexton y publicado en Love Poems (1969). En una primera fase, nos adentraremos en la biografía de la poeta bostoniana para enmarcar la obra en su contexto personal y después someteremos a un estudio comparativo la traducción antológica de José Luis Reina Palazón en Anne Sexton. Poesía completa (2012). Este cotejo entre original y traducción estará centrado en las nociones de error de traducción y hace hincapié en cuestiones de género en dos direcciones: la intención comunicativa en políticas feministas de la autora y la praxis del traductor a la hora de recuperarlas en su rescritura; finalmente, se propone una propuesta de traducción que intente solventar las inadecuaciones encontradas a lo largo de todo el trabajo.
