Abstract
En las aulas y pasillos de las universidades vuelven a sonar las ondas hercianas que raen una variedad de programas a la anodina vida de la comunidad universitaria, inmersa en la implantación de títulos de Grado, nuevos programas de doctorado, legislación universitaria variable y un largo etcétera que afecta al devenir de la vida en el ámbito de la educación superior.
